This is not a contract. This is an application to become a Partner with Diversified Global LLC to sell Diversified Hair™ products. The application process is not as involved as it may appear. We ask some of these questions in order to determine whether you would be a good fit to sell our products and what special resources may be required for your individual needs. We want our partners to be successful, of course, as it is a win-win for both of us. Please complete at least all required questions as well as any applicable optional questions.
